Umbria is a beautiful hilly region in central Italy that produces excellent wines, olive oil and tobacco. Visitors will surely want to sample the Orvieto, Torgiano and Rosso di Montefalco vinos. The Umbrian provinces of Perugia and Terni is interestingly the only landlocked area in Italy that does not border another country.
